Reservation Instructions

1. The room rates are fixed in Korean Won.
2. Check-in time and check-out time vary from hotel to hotel.    Early check-in and late check-out changes will be applied to each hotel’s policy.
3. All personal charges, room service, phone and mini bar are participant’s responsibility.
4. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.
5. Extra person’s charges or extra bed charges are subject to each hotel’s policy.
